Cute Small Home Staging

02/06/2024

A cute home for sale needed some staging done on a budget. Virtual staging was the way to go! A few furniture items were added to the non-furnished photos of the rooms in order to help buyers visualize the size of the space and how furniture could be arranged in each room of the home.

Here, the Great Room was also the main entry of the home. It needs to feel inviting, cozy and spacious! Minimal use of furniture helps to see how big the space is. An area carpet defines the sitting area in the room and the dining nook is defined by the furniture placed.

The bedrooms, when seen without furniture, are really just plain boxes. It is hard for a buyer to understand the size of each room without adding furniture. Once furniture is added along with light décor, the buyer can get excited about how this potential home can be transformed to their liking.

The bonus room is a great feature to show off in a home since this space is usually used for many functions. Here I have shown it as an additional TV room and playroom for children. A buyer can visualize how this room can potentially be used for their own needs.

Outdoor living has become very popular and if you live in a climate that allows for it, then it must be added to your home living. This home has a great small patio and I have added furnishings that create an image where you might find people sitting and enjoying conversation with light beverages, while keeping the grill chef company.
