Kyle Cutie Staged for Sale

I came across a home that was already very beautiful and the seller had great taste in decor, but taking a closer look, I could see where this home wasn't quite ready for buyers. Upon entering the home, the living room just needed be a little de-cluttered and de-personalized. There lots of little fun word and phrases décor on the wall and a loveseat and another small table at the entry. I decided that the fun word décor was personalized to the seller and may be a little distracting to a potential buyer, so that was removed. Though the loveseat fit in the living room, I decided that we should keep this room feeling big and spacious by removing it. There was a small console table at the entry, but since it was a small entry, I decided to keep it feeling open and welcoming by not adding any sort of obstruction at that point, So, that was removed as well. The adjacent dining room had a chandelier that was installed slightly off center, but the seller had the dining table centered in the room. I assumed that it was hung off centered so that a table could fit and so could a buffet cabinet. We moved the table to be directly under the light fixture and added the buffet cabinet to display as intended.

The two full bathrooms had traditional, unframed full-sized mirrors. I decided to modernize them by removing those mirrors and adding nice framed mirrors instead. One bathroom had two sinks, so each sink got a mirror hung directly above, but the other bathroom only had only one sink, off centered in the vanity. I opted to have a long-framed mirror span the full width of the vanity in this case. The décor in the bathrooms were highly personalized so we just toned it down to a more neutral pallet for the buyer by adding new shower curtains and matching towels. The two guest bedrooms were actually kid's rooms, but I suggested we make them feel more adult-like for the buyers. Doing this allowed us to remove kids toys and some furniture pieces to show the room's size.
