Marketing Material
When you stage a home to sell, you are creating an environment that appeals to buyer's eyes. They can envision the home with their own items and it inspires a buyer to redecorate or buy new items when they move to their new home and this gets them excited. Staging a home can cost a lot up front, but in the end, pays off; however, sometimes it's just not an option. When you have a seller's market, that means that there are more buyers than there is inventory and when this happens, buyers could buy a house without staging due to the urgency and competition. This is when photo marketing could be of more value. Sure, you can market an empty house, but how will you entice your buyers? The other option is virtual staging. Furniture could be placed digitally into the photograph. A furnished room will spark more interest rather than an empty one.
It takes some time and patience to photograph and create these images, but that's what I am for! I can make a spectacular photo stage for an affordable price in just a day. A real staging project is always going to be more awesome, but when it is a seller's market, sometimes a virtually staged photograph is all you need.
