The Impact of Plants

How do plants make you feel? When there are enough of them, you should feel really good. As a stager, it is my job to show off a home for sale, but also make buyers feel good about being in the home. Just look at the difference between a staged room with and without plants:

Which room do you want to be in? If you want the room with the plants, you can pretty much guess a buyer will agree. I will always stage with plants, whether they are real or not (though real is better) and I have just the right people to help supply just which plants are needed. This element can prove to be even more valuable when using a seller's own furnishings, since there may be a lot removed from a room, but we don't want it too look too empty. Plants make great room balancers.
